Japan: Its Life and Culture 2019
The two-week Japan: Its Culture and Life group study abroad program provides students with the opportunity to develop cross cultural understanding through exploration of real historical sites and various aspects of contemporary Japanese society, as well as through interaction with Japanese students at Senshu University. Highlights include visits to Kamakura, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo National Museum, Odaiba harbour area, Meiji Shrine, Asakusa, Kabuki theatre, calligraphy classes, a guest lecture on Studio Ghibli and much more.

Tokyo Photo Diary 2019
The Japanese Language and Culture in an Immersion Setting group study abroad program offers participants an immersive cultural experience through studying at Senshu University (located near Tokyo, Japan) and spending some time with a home-stay family. The Senshu University campus and dormitory are situated very close to the centre of Tokyo, about 20 minutes by train, yet the campus is adjacent to a large forest park with many trails. Participants of the program visit museums, exhibitions and other attractions in Tokyo and also enjoy nature trails and gardens nearby.
