Participants should be prepared to commit to a minimum half-hour of daily meditation practice plus other homework. Yes, that’s a big time commitment, but you are worth it. For a good introduction to mindfulness I recommend MIndfulness: An eight-week plan for finding peace in a franctic world by Mark Williams and Danny Penman (2011), available at most book sellers.
Zoom works on your desktop, laptop, and mobile devices. You will need a good internet connection, a video camera and microphone/headset are preferred, but microphone/speakers also work. You can test your technology here
