Given the recent escalation in COVID-19 (coronavirus) cases, the University of Calgary has adopted a framework based on Public Health Agency of Canada guidelines to determine whether previously scheduled events should proceed as planned. Upon review of the specifics of this event, it has been determined that the Conference on Postsecondary Learning and Teaching on May 3 - 5, 2020, will be cancelled until further notice.

If you have paid registration fees you will be automatically refunded in full. The refund may take up to 30 days to process, for the money to be returned back onto your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience.

1 The University of Calgary Conference on Postsecondary Learning and Teaching is open to faculty, staff, students and postdoctoral scholars on campus and beyond. 

The UCalgary Staff rate is available to all UCalgary staff, retired staff and alumni.

3 Early bird pricing is available until March 5, 2020. We encourage delegates to register soon to take advantage of the discounted rates and to ensure they find spots in their sessions of interest. Some sessions may have waitlists.

4 Conference pricing includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, all keynotes and sessions and a print copy of the conference program. Accommodation and transportation are not included. 

5 Refunds are available until April 22, 2020. A 20% administration fee will be taken from all refunds. After April 22, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are only given in emergency cases.
